Starting out, some exercises you may need weights and some you may not. Try the exercises without first to make sure you can perform them correctly, if it’s too easy add weight. The first week is all about self evaluation. You want to push yourself just enough. Working out should resemble a yoga class: Calm effort, strong breathe, deep focus. Adjust your weights to match the amount of effort you can muster.
