Tai Chi Chuan: Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese method of health cultivation and self-defense that reduces stress, increases bone density, and makes the body feel young again. The training involves learning a set of movements in a form as well as individual exercises and two-person practices to increase body sensitivity. People who have regularly practiced this art have often lived in good health into their 80s and even 90s. Sifu Ken Kiehn has been practicing and teaching this art for over 20 years and has helped many people get healthier and happier. Please come and join.
