Tai Chi Chuan: Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese method of health cultivation and self-defense that reduces stress, increases bone density, and makes the body feel young again. The training involves learning a set of movements in a form as well as individual exercises and two-person practices to increase body sensitivity. People who have regularly practiced this art have often lived in good health into their 80s and even 90s. Sifu Ken Kiehn has been practicing and teaching this art for over 20 years and has helped many people get healthier and happier. Please come and join. Chi Gung: Chi Gung means energy work, and it hold a place similar to the breathing and yogic practices of ancient India. Chi Gung practices include breathing patterns and circular movements that clear and tonify the body from the inside out. It has been used successfully to regain health as well as to cure specific injuries and illnesses. Classes include methods of correcting postural issues, enhancing energy flow in the body, and gaining greater and greater ability to understand and access your body’s potentials.
